- Know the Truth - Bruce Milne (A Christian handbook on the basic beliefs of the Christian faith - a good book to read before tackling Grudem)
- Pierced For Our Transgressions - Steve Jeffery (An excellent and timely defence of the doctrine of penal substitution)
- Systematic Theology - Wayne Grudem (An in depth systematic theology which will serve you well for years)
