Robert Murdock – Pastor and Elder
Robert Murdock joined Duncan Street Baptist Church in May 2022 to serve as pastor.
Robert’s desire is to introduce people to Jesus, encourage Christians in their relationship with God. His hope and prayer is that the Church in Duncan Street would love God and love people. That the services would be a place where God is truly worshipped, and his word is heard.
Robert is a graduate of the Irish Baptist College and Queens University in Belfast. Although originally from Edinburgh, he has moved around a little and has pastored two Churches, one in Ireland, and the other in western Canada. More recently he served as principal of The Faith Mission Bible College in Edinburgh.
Robert is married to Elaine and they have 5 grown up children who are scattered around the UK.
